What Does Rogue Creative Development Do?
What’s it like working at Rogue Creative Development? You’ve probably heard it’s a lot of fun. And we have to say… That’s totally true! Our dynamic, open-office environment runs on teamwork and creativity. Join us for a day in the rogue life!
9 AM – Roll call! We start our days bright and early. The best days start with a box of Sidecar Donuts, courtesy of Creative Director Cory Hill, or a bag of fresh bagels! We’re big fans of coffee around here, too, so we get a pot of fresh coffee going to fuel us through the day. We don’t forget about our office dogs either. They munch on kibble while we eat, and then we all settle into our desks.
10 AM – All team meeting! Once a month, our fearless leader, Matt Barnes, hosts a team-building meeting in the office lounge. We recap our biggest wins from the last month. After the meeting ends, back to work!
12 PM – Lunchtime! Of course, we have to take a lunch break. We’ll gather round our dining table and chat about our favorite shows, the latest news, or our weekend plans. Sometimes, we have Weenie Wednesdays! Aubree, our social media assistant, cooks up a giant batch of miniature pigs in a blanket, or as she likes to call, “Hogs in Duvets.”
1 PM – Client Meeting! Whether it’s meeting with a new client or checking in with a current client, we always keep communication open during the day.
2 PM – Social Content / Marketing Campaign / Video Strategy Meeting! Every other week, the content creators meet to review our client’s strategy, share ideas, and brainstorm for our respective projects.
5 PM – Goodbye! By the end of the day, we’ve invested our creativity into writing blogs, designing websites, creating logos, managing advertisements, and a lot more. We all head home to prepare for the rest of the week!
