Peace Out, 2021!

Okay, we are READY for 2022… This year wasn’t quite what we expected, but heck, is it ever???

While we all may have felt like we were hanging on for dear life, this year absolutely ended on a high note! We have not one, not two, but THREE new Rogue team members.

So, for your little end-of-year gift, we are pleased to introduce Maddie, Hannah, and Joshua!

Maddie Hill

After earning her masters in leadership development from Chapman University, Maddie joined the squad as our Brand Strategist! She’s learned a lot about events and social media through her work with top cosmetics brands, and she’s even been a professional makeup artist since 2014.

Now, she’ll work with our Phase One clients and provide some brand therapy while they journey with us through our Strategic StoryTelling Framework.

What makes her perfect for Rogue? Maddie says, “I am passionate about helping people be their best, and a lot of times in a work setting, that means helping leaders learn the value of investing in their people.”

FAST FACTS

  • Maddie once had a makeup job at Prince’s mansion. 💄

  • She is allergic to shrimp and had a reaction during her junior prom. 🍤

  • She severely injured her leg at a park featured in a famous movie! 🦵

Hannah Bowers

This current computer science student is our winter intern turned creative assistant! Hannah is halfway through her freshman year at Western Governors University and is well on her way to success.

As our Creative Assistant, she’ll have a hand in a lot of tasks: video editing, social media management, graphic design, and more.

We absolutely adore our self-proclaimed “Mini Mariama” and her willingness to take on any task!

FAST FACTS

  • Hannah loves her Syrian hamster, Churro. 🐹

  • She has extensive knowledge in kitchen knife sales. 🔪

  • She grew up in Oklahoma and used to have a Southern accent. 🤠 #yeehaw

Joshua Marino

Last but certainly not least, we welcomed Joshua, our second lead designer on the team! He earned his BFA in graphic design from the University of Memphis and spent the last 17 years as a strategic consultant, designer, and copywriter. (He’s also a certified life coach and worked with an international non-profit to help dozens of families navigate cross-cultural transitions to life in another country. Super cool!)

At Rogue, he’ll work specifically on client projects. After we uncover the unique story behind their brand, he’ll help tell their story to the world!

Fast Facts

  • During college, Joshua placed second in the Memphis Chess Club Tournament. ♟

  • His grandfather came to America illegally from Italy while fleeing for his life after killing a member of the mafia in self-defense. 🇮🇹

  • He lived in Kunming, China for two years and used a bicycle as his primary form of transportation. 🚲

Whew, there you have it, folks! The new team! We hope you love them as much as we do, and we can’t wait to show you what’s in store for 2022.

From all of us at Rogue, we wish you a safe, happy New Year!
