The primary purpose of this position is to seek out and nurture leads for Rogue Creatives services.

Job Type:

Base salary + commission, hybrid (mostly remote with in-person meetings)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead, manage and execute sales strategies for getting new clients

  • Set up structures and processes for sales team

  • Work on budgets for Rogue Creatives clients?

  • Act as primary contact for Rogue Creatives potential clients

  • Work with Rogue Creatives team on marketing strategies and creative needs

  • Provide creative problem solving for addressing internal and external feedback and critique

  • Provide regular updates to the owner

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • People person

  • Initiative (ability to see what needs to be done and take care of it proactively)
