This section will help establish the known elements of the project. What are the values for this project? (What’s important to the client and must be included?) What do you know for sure about this project? What are the assigned, non-negotiable project requirements? (Dates, times, topics, types of content, etc... This would also include limitations included in the client’s agreement with Rogue.)
This section will help establish who the players are in this project and what their relationship is. Who is the intended audience for this project? Also, is there any other relevant information about who the client is that might impact this project? What is the relationship between the client and the intended audience?
